When we ventured into the private equity business in 1998 as part of Dubai Investments portfolio, it was a completely new sphere of operation for us. Over the years, we have built our business and reputation as a leading private equity investment company and our diverse portfolio today is a testament to our success.

At Masharie, we look beyond the short term, with the ability to visualize a better tomorrow. Our primary goal is to achieve premiere returns for our investors by making strategic direct investments in companies and sectors with strong growth potential and scope for value contribution.

Our goals are simple - once we enter into partnership, we are in a strong position to ensure the company’s potential is fully tapped and brought to fruition, thereby benefiting our partners as well as our shareholders.

We continue to expand our presence across sectors and geographies as the private equity and M&A play an increasingly important role in economies, both in the UAE and the region. We are confident that we have a bigger role to play in this sphere in the years to come.
